By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Pricing

Fees, taxes, payment terms, amendments and refunds are governed by our Pricing Policy. Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and our GDPR & Data Protection Policy.

Services

StayCircle facilitates travel-related services including corporate travel management, defence travel, leisure holidays and hotel commercial services. Certain services are provided by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground operators) whose own terms will additionally apply.

Bookings, pricing and payments

Prices are quoted inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at the time of booking. Confirmations are subject to supplier availability and payment realisation. Cancellation, refund and change fees follow the applicable supplier and StayCircle policies disclosed at booking.

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers must provide accurate information, hold valid identification and travel documents, comply with destination requirements (including visas, insurance and health regulations) and adhere to supplier policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform security or use our services for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

All content on our websites — including logos, text, graphics and software — is owned by or licensed to StayCircle and protected by applicable laws. No content may be copied, republished or exploited without written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StayCircle's liability arising out of or in connection with the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for supplier acts, force majeure events or indirect losses.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify StayCircle against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with an updated date.
